Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before dispatch. We strive to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Once shipped, the estimated delivery time is 7–10 business days, depending on your country or region. Please note that public holidays, natural disasters, or other unforeseen events may affect delivery times.

Flat-rate shipping applies per order.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
If your order includes pre-ordered or back-ordered items, any in-stock items will be shipped immediately. Pre-ordered or back-ordered items will be shipped separately as soon as they become available. You may receive your order in multiple shipments.
Order Tracking
You will receive a confirmation email and/or SMS (if a phone number is provided) containing a tracking number and link once your order has been dispatched.

Address Accuracy
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Due to our fast processing times, there is only a short window to correct an address. If you believe you have entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at info@eidua.com.
Returns

Lost or Stolen Packages
EIDUA is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery confirmation. If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
