Order Cancellation
  • You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it.
  • Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the cancellation is confirmed.

Returns
  • Our return policy lasts 14 days. Return or exchange requests will not be accepted for orders received more than 14 days ago from the date of delivery.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in the original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required to complete your return.
  • In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable), such as:
  1. Items not in their original condition
  2. Items damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on your location, the time for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
  • If returning an item valued over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

How to Return Your Product
  1. Email us at info@eidua.com explaining the reason for your return.
  2. We will review your request and respond within 24 hours.
  3. If approved, prepare your items and ship them to:

    Please include your receipt or proof of purchase inside the return package.

Refunds (if applicable)
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email whether your refund is approved or denied.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds
  • If you haven’t received your refund, first check your bank account.
  • Then check with your bank or card issuer, as posting times can vary.
  • If you have done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@eidua.com.

Gifts
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
